With my Event Videography & Photography service, you get beautifully captured content from your fitness event, workshop, launch party, retreat, conference, training day or in-person event - without you having to lift your phone even once. I’ll blend into the background (in a totally non-creepy way), capture the magic as it naturally happens, and make sure you walk away with everything you need to share the story of your event online.

  • Anything from workshops, launch parties and open days to retreats, networking events, fitness events and behind-the-scenes brand moments. If you’re gathering people in a room and want it captured beautifully, I’m your girl.

  • Yes! You can book photo-only, video-only or a combined package depending on what you need. Most clients choose a mix - it gives you way more content to work with afterwards.

  • Think professional, ready to use footage that includes highlight reels, short-form clips (perfect for Reels/TikToks), behind-the-scenes snippets, speaker moments, audience reactions, content for future marketing and anything else that captures the vibe and purpose of your event.

  • Photos are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks. Videos typically take 3-4 weeks, depending on the volume and edits needed. If you need a 24-48 hour sneak peek or a quick turnaround, just let me know, I offer that as an add-on.

  • It depends on the event, but if you want ‘real-time’ social content (like live Reels, BTS clips, story takeovers etc.), I offer this as an add-on (extra cost). You focus on running the event - I’ll capture and upload the magic as it happens.

  • 100%! If you want support planning your content strategy, key shots or how to maximise the footage after the event, I can help you map it out. Just mention this when you enquire.

  • Not unless you want to. I always come prepared with a suggested shot list based on your event type, but I’m happy to build around any specific requests you have.

  • Anywhere! I’m happy to travel to events. Travel fees (and accommodation if necessary) will apply depending on the location but I’m always up for a road trip!

  • Just enquire through my website or drop me a message. Once we confirm your date, you’ll receive a contract and invoice to secure the booking.

  • This depends on the event length and package, but you’ll receive plenty! Enough for your website, socials, marketing, future launches and everything in between.
