Essentials Package

I’m a firm believer that social media doesn’t have to be complicated or overwhelming, but it does have to be done right if you want results! The Essentials Package is perfect if you want expert social media support without the stress.

With this package, you’ll get a strong foundation for your online presence, including everything you need to consistently show up, connect with your audience, and grow your business.

What’s included:

  • Kick-off strategy workshop: A 2-hour online session to understand your business, audience, goals, brand voice, and how each platform can work for you

  • Profile audit and strategy: I’ll review your current online presence and create a clear, actionable social media strategy

  • Content planning and managing: you provide the content (photos/reels) and I will turn it into 3 posts per week on up to 2 platforms, including Instagram stories and highlights, plus captions.

  • Scheduling and posting: All content mapped, scheduled and posted, so you don’t have to worry about it

  • Community engagement: Weekly support to engage with your audience and grow your following

  • Ongoing support: WhatsApp support when you need it! 

  • Monthly touch-point call: we’ll have a catch up once a month (online) to go through what’s going well, what’s coming up and map out any ideas together.

The Essentials Package is ideal if you’re ready to take the stress out of social media, have a consistent, professional online presence and focus on running your business while your social media works for you (minimum 3 month commitment).

Full Social Media Management – Q&A

  • So this depends on what package you go for (Essentials or Elevate) but both package include everything you need to show up consistently and confidently online - for the business you own (this might look different for other businesses). From strategy and planning, to creating incredible content (photos, graphics, captions, reels), scheduling, posting, and reporting - I handle it all. You focus on running your business, I make sure your socials actually work for you.

  • This depends on the package you choose. If you choose Essentials, you will need to provide the content (i.e. photos and reels) but if you choose Elevate, I will manage that - including graphics, captions, and short-form video if included in your package. For photography/video content, we can incorporate shoots to make sure your visuals are on-brand and professional.

  • That depends on the package you choose — Essentials is 2-3 posts per week on up to 2 platforms, Elevate is 4-6 posts per week on up to 4 platforms. Consistency is key, so I make sure your content schedule is strategic and realistic for your audience.

  • Again, this depends on your package. If you’re on the Essentials Package, I provide guidance and engagement strategies, but I don’t manage day-to-day messaging. With Elevate, I will manage your inbox for you, I can set up automations and I can engage with your audience.

  • You’ll get monthly reporting that shows your growth, engagement, and what content is performing best. Plus, we’ll have a monthly check-in call to review results and plan for the next month. None of it is guesswork. We use the data to improve month on month.

  • Absolutely! You’ll have input every step of the way. Your voice, your brand and your goals are always central. I’m here to make your social media stress-free and consistent, but it’s important we still show your personality in your content!

  • For the Essentials package, there is a minimum of 3 months commitment. For Elevate, it’s 6 months. These time frames allows us to really see results and allow for strategy, content and growth to fully take effect. Social media isn’t instant and results won’t happen overnight.

  • Business owners who want to stop stressing about social media, show up consistently and have a professional online presence that actually works. If you’re ready to grow your brand and free up your time, this is for you.

  • If you only want occasional posts or are looking for a DIY approach with minimal guidance, full management may be more than you need. This service is about consistent strategy, content, and results.
